All sales are final. Every bearing we sell is made to order — impregnated with Syn-Tech solid lubricant specifically for your order after you place it. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Before you order
Please double-check your dimensions carefully before placing an order. Our Bearing Finder lets you search by bore (ID), outer diameter (OD), and width in millimeters or inches. If you are unsure which bearing fits your application, contact us before ordering — we are happy to help you confirm sizing and material selection.
Acknowledgment at checkout
During checkout, every customer must confirm that they understand these products are made to order, that production lead times apply, and that all sales are final and non-returnable.
Defective or incorrect items
If we shipped you the wrong item, or your bearing arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will correct our error with a replacement at no cost to you. This is the only circumstance in which a replacement is provided.
Damage in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with a carrier claim.
