Shipping policy
<p>Every bearing we sell is <strong>made to order</strong>. Please read this policy so you know what to expect.</p><h3>Production lead time</h3><p>Because your bearings are impregnated with solid lubricant after you order, there is a production lead time <strong>before</strong> your order ships - regardless of the shipping option you select at checkout. The shipping method you choose affects transit time only, not production time. Lead times vary with order size; contact us before ordering large quantities for a current estimate.</p><h3>Carriers</h3><p>Orders are shipped with either <strong>UPS</strong> or <strong>USPS</strong>, at our discretion, based on package size, destination, and the service you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.</p><h3>Shipping rates</h3><p>Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.</p><h3>Delivery estimates</h3><p>Any delivery estimate shown at checkout counts from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Production lead time comes first.</p><h3>International orders</h3><p>We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, contact us before ordering.</p><h3>Damaged or lost packages</h3><p>If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim. If tracking shows your package as lost, let us know and we will work with UPS or USPS to resolve it.</p>
