Every bearing we sell is made to order. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Production lead time
Because your bearings are impregnated with solid lubricant after you order, there is a production lead time before your order ships — regardless of the shipping option you select at checkout. The shipping method you choose affects transit time only, not production time. Lead times vary with order size; contact us before ordering large quantities for a current estimate.
Carriers
Orders are shipped with either UPS or USPS, at our discretion, based on package size, destination, and the service you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout counts from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Production lead time comes first.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, contact us before ordering.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a carrier claim. If tracking shows your package as lost, let us know and we will work with UPS or USPS to resolve it.
